Welcome to the October Secure Car newsletter, providing the news and views on the issues of vehicle crime from the past two months. In this edition we will be focusing on the 64th Frankfurt Motor Show with a special report from the show that summarises the advances being made by vehicle manufacturers and suppliers in security technology. It has been a busy two months; September also saw the IAATI European Branch Conference which was held in Bucharest, Romania – where 140 attendees met to share the latest news and trends on fighting vehicle crime. Coming up next for the Secure Car team is the 9th Escar Conference in Dresden, Germany on the 9th and 10th of November, we’ll be providing a summary of our highlights from the conference on the SBD blog.
